CNC 6 axis folding

Precision forming capabilities using six Trumpf 6 axis press brakes allowing forming of simple parts all the way to intricately bent precision components. Folding of up to 4200mm in length and up to 230 tonnes. 4 Machines available.

Programmes can be created graphically in 3D on the machine control or off line. This enables collision examination and control prior to the forming operation taking place.

A substantial selection of tooling as available enabling us to produce complex bend sequences without delay.

HTA also provides a sheet metal rolling service using precision rolling machines. This compliments the other metal forming facilities such as sheet metal folding and pressing. Large NC rolls capable of manufacturing complex curves in components up to 2.5 metres long and up to 4mm thick.
