Below is some more detailed information to help you with the My HTA section of our website. If you have any other questions please contact us and we would be happy to answer them for you.
1. Checking the status of an order.
What does each status mean?
We call each order a contract. Within each contract will be every part on that order. You can check on the status of the contract and on each top level part within that contract. The status will be one of the following: -
| Status | Description |
| New | The order/part is received and on the system. |
| Acknowledged | The order acknowledgement has been sent. |
| WIP | The order/part manufacturing has begun |
| Manufactured | The order/part manufacturing is complete |
| Delivered | The order/part has been delivered |
| Complete | The order/part is invoiced and complete |
Don't forget that we often combine many contracts together in order to laser cut or punch in the most economical way so there may be a short delay before we start processing your contract.
2. Viewing / Printing Quotations
Once you are logged in click on the quote button to take you to a list of quotations with a search bar at the top. You can either use the search bar or sort the list by any of the headings by click on on them.
Click the details icon on the right to view the quotation on screen. If you would like to print the quotation there is a red print button on the top left of the quotation.
Only the last 4 months of quotations are available to view. This is because fluctuations in raw material prices can fairly quickly make a quotation inaccurate. Our quotations are valid for 4 weeks unless otherwise stated.
3. Viewing / Printing Proof of Delivery
You will notice that in the Contracts section there is an icon in the column on the right titled 'Deliveries'. Clicking this icon will take you to a list of deliveries made against that contract number. This information is updated once we product your delivery note so it is possible that the information could appear on the afternoon before you delivery.
Just above the table of delivery information is a row titled 'Proof of Delivery'. If the proof of delivery is available this will show an icon to click on to view your proof of delivery. If not there will be a statement that it can take 24hrs for the proof of delivery to be shown. If your P.O.D. is not available and you need it urgently please contact us and we will send it to you straight away.
