HTA have purchased a new Robotic Welding System from Cloos in answer to predicted growth in the yellow goods and contruction sectors.

 

The introduction of Robot Welding will mean HTA can offer consistency of quality welds, repeatability and faster weld cycle

times ultimately leading to a reduction of processing costs.

  

This 7 axis system is one of the most advanced Robotic Welding Systems on the market today and is cable of handling fabrications of up to 3000mm x 1400mm and up to 1000 Kgs. The system is capable of both MIG and TIG processes in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium. 

 

The system is due to be commissioned during August 2011
