We made an engineering change to a part and the benefits of the change were such that we required the new part to go into our builds immediately. We advised HTA of the urgency and placed the order with them around midday. The new part was delivered the following morning.

The new part was approved and went immediately into manufacture and so minimised the amount of rework that had to be done online saving us time and money.
