HTA has invested in cutting-edge TRUMPF laser technology, featuring both 24 kW and 12 kW systems. The 24 kW laser delivers unmatched cutting performance, slicing through thick materials up to three times faster than a 6 kW laser.
Its advanced design reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 70%, doubling sheet throughput and maximising efficiency. Every kilowatt of power is fully utilised, achieving higher feed rates for exceptional productivity. A new nozzle design ensures reliable, consistent cutting across a variety of materials and qualities.
Our 12 kW laser provides flexible, high-speed cutting for medium-thickness materials, making both machines perfect for handling a wide range of precision laser cutting requirements.

We keep leadtimes to a minimum for our customers and can offer same day, next day or 48 hour delivery service for laser cut blanks and handle a number of urgent operational requirements. This service is available specifically for customers who require a short lead time for laser cut parts.
