This is a fantastic opportunity offering an excellent salary package for a motivated and driven Robot Weld Operator based at HTA Group in Coventry, looking to progress within a dynamic and rapidly expanding engineering firm.
Privately owned for over 35 years, and now one of the UK’s leading and multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Robot Weld Operator to join our busy and expanding team at HTA Group in Coventry, part of the WEC Group.

Responsibilities
Operator shall ensure parts are manufactured or processed in accordance with process control plans and that production output targets are met.
  • Adjust and set Robots to Production specifications
  • Operate machines and process work as instructed
  • Identify and segregate non-conforming stock
  • On the job training can be given as and when needed
Skills and Experience Required
  • Ensuring parts are made or processed in accordance with instructions listed
  • Efficiently and effectively operating robot weld cells
  • Adjusting and setting Robotic Weld machines to specification
  • Ensuring parts are made or processed in a prompt manner and production output figures are met

Privately owned for over 45 years, and now one of the UK’s leading and multi award winning Engineering companies, WEC is looking to recruit x2 enthusiastic Press Brake Operator/Setters to join our busy and expanding team at HTA Group in Coventry, part of the WEC Group.

Responsibilities
  • To read, interpret and understand engineering drawings
  • Ensure all job bookings accurately recorded
  • Completing operations within allocated time
  • Improve the processes where possible
  • Visually inspect the components to ensure that it meets the requirements
  • To undertake first off inspections where required
  • To ensure compliance to Health and safety standards as directed by the Company
  • Any other duties that may fit into the remit of this role as and when required
  • This is not an exhaustive list and may be reviewed at any time to reflect current or changing practices
Personal Attributes

  • Able to work to deadlines efficiently and accurately

  • Ability to handle multiple varied projects from order through to completion Responsible, conscientious, punctual, highly organized, and self-motivated
  • Excellent knowledge of all welding techniques
  • CAD qualifications and experience are preferable but not essential for this role, training will be provided where necessary
