With 24 welding bays in-house and a state-of-the-art robotic welding system capable of manufacturing components up to 3000mm x 1400mm (1000Kgs), HTA Group is able to offer cost effective welding and fabrication services.
Our Cloos robotic welding cell is capable of both MIG and TIG processes in stainless, mild steel and aluminium, as well as offering consistent quality welds, repeatability and faster weld cycle times which leads to a reduction of processes costs on medium to large batches.
Ideally located in Coventry, West Midlands, HTA offer steel fabrication services to key sectors including Rail / Rolling Stock, Yellow Goods, Automotive, Recycling and General Engineering
HTA Group’s coded welders and fabricators are qualified and equipped to weld all ferrous and non-ferrous materials and work across our 24 dedicated fabrication bays with MIG and TIG facilities.
All our welders are trained to the highest standards with continual re-assessment to ensure these standards are consistently achieved. Welders are accredited by Zurich Laboratory Services and hold UKAS approved Welding Procedure Approvals to ISO 9001:2015, TWI BS EN 1090, EN 15085 and ISO 3834
HTA has invested heavily in specialist prototype development tables, eliminating the need for expensive fixtures in order to minimise production time on small to medium batches. A dedicated project fabrication and assembly area of 10,000 sq. ft. is also available.
