At HTA we believe that quality is the ability to consistently provide our customers with a service and value that surpasses their expectations.

HTA operate a Quality Assurance System embracing the principles of continous improvement through driving Quality Awareness throughout the organisation. All new products are processed through a robust Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process incuding Process FMEA. This enables us to ensure manufacturing control parameters are defined and understood prior to the production of components, resulting in consistent production of high quality products with zero defects.

Our inspection department is equipped with the latest FARO inspection technology to ensure accurate manufacturing inspection data is captured and recorded.

HTA holds external accreditations to ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834 and is fully compliant with BS/EN 1090-1 CE Marking and EN 15085-2 for welding on rail vehicles, demonstrating our commitment to delivering consistently high quality products and conforming to customer demands. Registration is held with Achilles Automotive. Various approvals are also held from OEM customers.
