Our recent work demonstrates the wide range of components and fabrications we can produce in-house. By managing the complete manufacturing process, from laser cutting through to welding and assembly, we help customers streamline their supply chain.

To support our growing customer base, we have made significant investments in the latest laser cutting technology. Our advanced TRUMPF laser systems, including powerful 24kW machines, provide exceptional cutting performance.

The 24kW laser offers increased speed and efficiency when processing thicker materials, helping to reduce production times while improving overall productivity. Its advanced technology also helps optimise material usage and reduce operating costs.

Alongside our laser cutting capabilities, our fabrication department provides a complete welding and assembly service. With 24 dedicated welding bays and a state-of-the-art robotic welding cell, we can manufacture components up to 3000mm x 1400mm and weighing up to 1000kg. Our robotic welding system provides consistent, high-quality MIG and TIG welds in stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
