HTA has recently invested in a 24 kW TRUMPF laser, representing one of the highest-powered laser cutting systems available in the industry.

This advanced technology allows us to cut through thick materials up to three times faster than a 6 kW system, with reliable performance on material thicknesses up to 2 inches. Every kilowatt of power is fully utilised, delivering higher feed rates, greater productivity, and exceptional cutting precision.

The 24 kW laser features an innovative nozzle design, ensuring a consistent and reliable cutting process across a wide range of materials and material qualities. It also reduces nitrogen consumption by up to 70%, doubling sheet throughput and helping to make production both faster and more efficient. These capabilities make HTA ideally placed to handle demanding manufacturing projects where precision, speed, and efficiency are critical.

This high-power laser complements our existing 12 kW TRUMPF system, giving us the flexibility to match material thickness, complexity, and production volume to the most suitable machine.
