Fresh from the workshop floor: Our latest fabrication and powder coating projects

Over the past few months, our team has been busy delivering a wide range of laser cutting, welding, fabrication and powder coating projects for customers across multiple industries. From one-off prototypes to repeat batch work, each job reflects our focus on quality, efficiency and attention to detail.

With 24 fully equipped welding bays in-house, we can manage projects of varying size and complexity while maintaining competitive lead times. Our coded welders and experienced fabricators work with both ferrous and non-ferrous materials, using MIG and TIG processes to achieve precise results.

One of the key advantages we offer is flexibility. Thanks to our investment in specialist prototype development tables, we can quickly set up and manufacture small to medium batch runs without the need for costly fixtures. This not only reduces production time but also allows us to support customers during the early stages of product development. Our dedicated 10,000 sq ft project fabrication and assembly area further enhances our capability, providing ample space for larger builds and complex assemblies.

Alongside fabrication, our powder coating division has also seen strong demand. Based at our advanced facility in Coventry, we can coat components up to 1500mm high, 3000mm long and 800mm wide.

Our automated powder coating line is designed for both efficiency and quality. With two automatic reciprocators and a 90 percent powder recovery system, we minimise waste while maintaining a consistent finish.

We offer a wide choice of finishes, including Epoxy, Polyester and Polyurethane powders, as well as architectural and bespoke options in a full range of RAL colours. Whether working with mild steel, stainless steel or aluminium, our team ensures each component meets the required specification and visual standard.
