HTA Group's state-of-the-art laser cutting machinery line-up includes two fully automated Trumpf 5040 5kW Brightline fibre laser, which are some of the fastest laser cutting machines on the market today.

Thanks to continuous investments in the latest technology, we are able to laser cut parts quickly, efficiently and at low cost. In addition, we have two Trumpf 5030 6kQ lasers and two Trumpf 3030 5kW laser cutting machines which offer an almost unparalleled laser cutting capability.

We have the capability to cut sheet dimensions up to 4000mm x 2000mm, and can cut thicknesses up to:

• 25mm Stainless Steel.
• 25mm Mild Steel
• 25mm Aluminium
• 10mm Brass
• 10mm Copper

We also have experience in processing a variety of specialist alloys including Duplex stainless steels, Alloy 625 and 825, 904 Stainless Steel and Titanium as well as high strength steels such as Hardox and Domex.

Larger profiles sizes of up to 20m x 3.2m can also be achieved through other divisions of our Group.

We offer a same day, next day or 48 hour delivery service for laser cut blanks and handle a number of urgent operational requirements. This service is available specifically for customers who require a short lead time for laser cut parts.
